Transforming Uttarakhand is a mission of Government of Uttarakhand under Sankalp Se Siddhi initiative of Hon’ble
Prime Minister of India. This mission shall be a collection of various new policies,
plans, projects & schemes aimed at bringing prosperity to people of the state through
sustainable mountain development practices. All departments of the government shall
be encouraged to kickstart this process under Transforming Uttarakhand mission.
“A small idea can change the life”is
not only proverb but also the cornerstone of the Transforming Uttarakhand portal.
Department of Planning has taken this small initiative to invite the people from
all walks of life and particularly those associated in the fields of Sustainable
Mountain Development eg. Livelihood, Rural technology and socio-economic development;
to share their ideas, suggestions and best practices for Transforming Uttarakhand
and achieve the Hon’ble PM’s vision of New India under “Sankalp se Siddhi”. We welcome
all Uttarakhandis from the state and also our non-resident Uttarakhandis to share
with us their suggestions, proposals & best practices and become part of Team Uttarakhand.

to request everyone to ensure that only suggestions& best practices are shared through
